Profile, in plain terms.

I started in technical support at Amazon, moved into independent consulting, and now run network infrastructure and security operations for a small business in Kennewick. The throughline is end-user support work with progressively deeper infrastructure responsibility.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity at Columbia Basin College closed the formal gaps — Windows Server, Linux administration, network infrastructure, network security, ethical hacking. The Associate of Applied Science covered the same ground at depth. The work I did between 2020 and 2023 — finishing the AA/DTA and pivoting toward the cybersecurity program — set the foundation.

Targeting IT support specialist roles now. Building toward technical program management over the next five years.

Designed and implemented network architecture using VLAN segmentation to isolate business traffic from guest and IoT subnets.
Deployed a self-hosted technical stack: BookStack for internal documentation, Nginx Proxy Manager for routing, pfSense for perimeter firewall.
